Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. You will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the item you ordered needs to be returned, please email us on paperedenbyanna@gmail.com We will need your order number and the reason for return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused with its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will provide details on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the price of the products in full. We will not cover the cost of return postage.

Cancellations 

If you placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel the order, please email us immediately on paperedenbyanna@gmail.com so that we can then cancel your order and avoid dispatching of the item.
